2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

    • In the original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.

  • Electrical components once opened or installed.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide detailed photos of the product and packaging for inspection.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the issue.

5. Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7 business days.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • You will be notified once your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

  • If an order has already been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
